Spring Mindfulness and Compassion
Afternoon Retreat
Join for an afternoon of mind-easing, body calming mindfulness and compassion practice.
The afternoon will include guided mindfulness meditation and compassion practice. There will some guided mindful movement (seated and standing). Time for reflection. And sharing of philosophical and spiritual wisdom.
Held in the beautiful main shrine room of the custom designed West London Buddhist Centre, west London’s foremost and highly regarded meditation space.
Beginners and regular practitioners all welcome. Meditation cushions, chairs and blankets provided.

*This workshop will be in-person only with places limited to keep the gathering special and calm.
