Autumn Equinox Meditation
The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time and moment in the calendar. Honouring the marked change, of season, light and habits. Meditation is an ideal way to help ground yourself in daily life, and optimally when our environment around us sees change.
In this Autumn Equinox Meditation workshop, you are offered three guided meditation practices and periods of silence.
The meditation approach is rooted in secular and eastern mindfulness.
Open to: all levels of meditation experience. If you are completely new to meditation, please connect with the facilitator prior to booking.
Your guide is Divya Kohli, a Mindfulness Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and senior accredited Yoga Teacher. She is also the author of the book,
Finding Peace in Difficult Times (Watkins).
Venue: a beautiful holistic studio, in a quiet part of central /nw London.
