Class Description
Classic Hatha
Class based on the fundamentals and principles of classic (authentic) Yoga. Designed to calm, as well as strengthen and invigorate, this Hatha yoga class focuses on breath-centered mindful movement and covers the foundation range of poses (asanas) and breath control. Students are encouraged to tune in to their bodies’ individual needs.
Yoga Flow, Pranayama & Meditation
A practise with poses sequenced for a fluid flow – internal and external. Movement happens on the breath. Gets energy moving (releasing tension and blockages) throughout your whole body, in a steady, healthy manner. This longer class encompasses time dedicated to Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation (guided), offering a full yogic experience.
A keen focus is kept on alignment and I encourage every individual to practise in a way that meets their physical, mental and energetic needs on the day.
Fees:
75 min minute classes - £10
90 minute classes - £12
Pay when you arrive, before the start of the class.
Mats and props provided: do bring your own mat if you have one,
Please arrive promptly, ideally five minutes before the start of the class.

Arrival & Getting there:
- Please try to arrive before the start of the class, and keep the main practise area clear of belongings (there are coat hooks and space to leave clothes/shoes in the interconnecting hallways).
Nearest Tubes:
- West Hampstead (Jubilee line: an 8-10min. walk);
- Finchley Road (Metropolitan & Jubilee: a 5- 7min walk)
Overland:
Finchley Road & Frognal (under 3 min. walk)
Car:
Free parking on Lymington Road and surrounding streets after 6.30pm
(No parking available on Dresden Close itself, so please allow some extra time to find a space for your car in the near vicinity – it can get busy)
Bus:
-13, 82 and 113 – run along the Finchley Road (alight at or near to Finchley Road & Frognal bus stop)
-139, C11 – run along West End Lane in West Hampstead
