Dynamic Hatha Yoga Class
       Wednesday nights 7 – 8.15pm
      

For a full body and mind work-out. Open to men and women of all levels of experience. 

Drop-in class: £10 (pay as you go)

Getting there:
Please try to arrive 5 min. before the start of the class if you can.

Nearest Tubes:
- West Hampstead (Jubilee line: an 8-10min. walk);
- Finchley Road (Metropolitan & Jubilee: a 5- 7min walk)  

Overland:
Finchley Road & Frognal (under 3 min. walk)  

Car: 
Free parking on Lymington Road and surrounding streets after 6.30pm
(No parking available on Dresden Close itself, so please allow some extra time to find a space for your car in the near vicinity – it can get busy)  

Bus: 
-13, 82 and 113 – run along the Finchley Road (alight at or near to Finchley Road & Frognal bus stop)
-139, C11 – run along West End Lane in West Hampstead  

No need to pre-book, but nice to know if you’re coming if this is your first time  – so I can look out for you.
