“My aim in life is to support individuals and communities to find ease in their life.”
Why Yoga?
“I teach in a way so that yoga’s physical, philosophical and spiritual benefits can be felt as we practice. I tend to offer quieter, peace-giving practices, to balance out the heightened, frantic energy of the modern world.”
Divya Kohli has been practising Yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2006.
Her approach draws on decades of study, training and experience in classical Indian Yoga, meditation and mindfulness, alongside contemporary approaches to understanding the body and mind.
Her aim is to make Yoga and mindfulness accessible, meaningful and relevant to modern life, while remaining true to their deeper foundations.
