Divya on her
Yoga Teaching:
“I teach in a way so that yoga’s physical, philosophical and spiritual benefits can be felt as we practice. I tend to offer quieter, peace-giving practices, to balance out the heightened, frantic energy of the modern world.”
Divya on her
Mindfulness Offering:
“Mindfulness, for me, is everything: a way of thinking, feeling, being and existing in the world.
There is never not a moment when dropping into mindfulness cannot benefit the heart, the mind and restore some sense of peace inside, even in really difficult situations.
I offer Mindfulness so that people can experience all the above for themselves.”
