Based Mentoring
These are private sessions, one to one, designed to help you:
- Move through difficult times in life
- Learn ways to manage stress, distractions and challenges
- Find clarity on your needs and a path through obstacles
- Experience life in a mindful way

Please Note:
Mentoring is not therapy or counselling. The purpose in these sessions is not to dwell on or solve the past or trauma-related events, though these events may naturally come up in discussion and there can be space for resting the mind.
Mindfulness-based mentoring is not coaching. I am here to listen, to offer you perspective, and mindfulness based techniques for you to discover and re-discover what is important to you, and how to move through difficult times.

About Mentoring
Sessions with Divya
A safe and confidential space to be heard, discuss and share. Clients say they find clarity, emotional and mental supports, and revelations through these sessions.
How it Works:
We would discuss the best time and day for your sessions and what you need to get out of it.
We agree the parameters, and if you are looking for ad hoc support or a set period to commit to.
These are private, held online or in person, and are for minimum 30min. Most clients choose 45min or 1 hour.
Sessions can be weekly, bi-monthly, or ad hoc.
There is no set timeline for mentoring.
We can continue, pause, pick up, as suits what you are navigating in your life.
