This workshop is dedicated wholly to
how yoga and meditation can help with the condition of and care for endometriosis.
This upcoming online workshop follows on from successful events in London and Bristol.
In this workshop, you will learn and have the opportunity to experience:
- yoga sequences for managing symptoms of endometriosis, including pain, fatigue, heavy bleeding, cramp, stiffness, chronic fatigue, headaches, nausea
- breathing techniques specific to supporting and healing your endometriosis management, including the pelvic bowl breath, abdomen stretch, inner-body soothing
- compassion meditation for dealing with difficulty (physical and emotional), pain, self worth and enriching a broader life through the condition
This workshop brings together 21 years’ of wisdom, practice and experience from a teacher who has had endometriosis (and has healed herself, though still contends with adenomyosis and middle-life hormonal changes) and who is dedicated to using the philosophy and practices of yoga and mindfulness for genuine healing and living life in a way that suits our individual need and path.
