This intimate gathering is for you if you are looking for space to breath, time to come back to self and guidance on how to navigate a busy or distracted mind.
This afternoon will give you the opportunity to have time out from usual distractions and everyday city life. It will be structured to include guided meditation and mindfulness for wellbeing practice. Plus periods of silence and time to share your questions.
