Treat yourself to a day of mindful yoga and meditation this Easter weekend.
Many of us may have had a holiday booked for Easter or had plans for retreat, or seeing friends and family. The current situation has changed all of that. But here at Yogaloft studio, with our teacher Divya, we want to give you the opportunity to still do something special and nurturing this holiday weekend. Join for a day of easeful yoga practice, guided meditations and relaxation, and even a mindful walk and tea together!
The practices will be streamed live, using Zoom, in the same format as our Yogaloft@Home classes. Your booking for this Home Retreat Day will give you access to all the sessions.
Full schedule of the day and description of all sessions:
11.30am-12.45pm: Yin Yoga – gently stretch, awaken and open the body, mind and spirit.
Break: time for you to have your lunch break where you are.
2.15-3pm: Mindfulness Meditation – settle the mind through through guided, structured meditations.
3pm: take a Mindful Walk – instructions will first be given on how to practice a mindful walk, in your indoor space or locality. We will reconvene as a group after that.
4-5pm: coming back together after our Mindful Walk, grab a hot drink if you like and a blanket or two, for a Mindful Tea sharing Circle, followed by a Guided Relaxation.
This day is open to all levels of experience, including beginners to meditation and yoga.
