Seaside Yoga & Meditation Weekend
Come down to the South Coast for the May bank holiday weekend, enjoy relaxing yoga and mindfulness meditation (led by me) alongside stunning walks on the promenade, and exploration and general enjoyment in the tranquil gorgeous seaside town of Hove (Brighton’s ‘quieter’ sister).
This is a non-residential retreat weekend, which gives you freedom and plenty of options on places to stay, when you arrive and depart and what you need from the weekend break other than yoga and mediation.
You can attend just the yoga and meditation sessions, or join in group activities like sunset walks and brunch. It’s up to you!
Yoga & Meditation Timetable:
Friday 24th May: 6 – 7pm Hatha Yoga
Saturday 25th May: 3 – 5pm Yin Yoga
Sunday 26th May: 11.30am – 1pm Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation

A lovely purpose-built holistic studio, a couple of minutes walk from the sea and in the heart of Hove town.

Just Yoga and Meditation (for your confirmed place at each of the 3 weekend sessions; just turn up for each session): £65
Yoga and Meditation Plus (the 3 weekend sessions, plus inclusion on a sunset walk, an evening mediation in a private residence,
and information on recommended places to stay and eat at): £85
