11.20am – event opens (online) for 11.30am start

11.30am – 12.45pm: meditation and talk, with questions

(short comfort break in between)

12.45 – 1.45pm – lunch break

1.45 – 2.30pm: meditation and small group reflections (break-out rooms)

2.45 – 4pm: Meditation, Shared Reflection, Questions
