West Hampstead Meditation + Yoga Nidra is a weekly drop-in class

It offers a sanctuary of calm, while engaging in Mindfulness-based meditation practices proven to help:

-wisdom and discerment

This evening also includes being guided by the practice of Yoga Nidra, a genuinely magical practice that connects us to our deeper states of consciousness – a fourth state that is beyond all waking and sleep states.

As well as providing profound relaxation, Yoga Nidra is proven to:

-promote feelings of wellbeing
-improve sleep
-decrease tension and stress
-boost creativity
-create feelings of inner euphoria

Yoga Nidra has been proved to be one of the most effective de-stress, relaxing and restorative practices and is accessible to everyone.

Mindfulness Meditation done in a group with guidance tends to help individuals more than trying to do it on your own and inspires people to develop a personal practice.

The first meditation of the evening will start promptly at 7pm, so do arrive at least five minutes early to settle in.

To attend a session, all are welcome, whether you are brand new to meditation or an experienced regular meditator.

Our Hall space is situated a 1 minute walk from Finchley Road & Frognal overground, a 7 – 10 minute walk from Finchley Road or West Hampstead tubes or overground or the Thameslink.
If driving, allow extra time to find parking (in surrounding roads).
