West Hampstead Meditation is a weekly drop-in meditation class.

It offers a sanctuary of calm, while engaging in meditation practices and having an opportunity to find ways to:

-centre yourself in daily life
-discover what matters to you personally
-navigate life’s challenges
-learn or practice meditation with the benefit of guidance
-find calm in a sanctuary with a friendly group

Meditation done in a group with guidance tends to help individuals more than trying to do it on your own and inspires people to develop a personal practice.

The first guided meditation starts promptly at 7pm, so do arrive at least five minutes early to settle in.

To attend a session, all are welcome, whether you are new to meditation or an experienced regular meditator.

£10 – per session, cash, pay on arrival.
