Yoga for Energy Balance (through the Chakras)

The Yogic system outlines 7 key energetic points in the body. Each of these points (called Chakras) is where a series of powerful physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies meet and cross.
Balancing energies at these points is one of the purposes and effects of a deep Hatha Yoga practice.
When these 7 chakras are balanced, it is said we are whole and balanced and at our best/highest self.
This Sunday afternoon offers a physical, breath and meditation Yoga practice that will work especially to target each chakra.
Whether you are new to Yoga or chakra work, you are likely to experience a shift towards more energy balance through this workshop.
Depending on where you are on your path of development, this afternoon will give you insight into understanding chakras and how they relate to your body and life.
