I’m delighted to be offering this London holistic retreat.

This is an opportunity to expereince a full spectrum of practices that are part of the vast realm of Yoga.

Physical posture work, breath techniques, sound vibration, dynamic movement, deep stretching, and sitting quietly – these are each Rivers in their own right.

This half day session brings the rivers together for you to experience the Ocean that is Yoga. Mind, body and spirit addressed in this way to bring a feeling of connectedness, wholeness and wellness, regardless of what is going on in our external lives.

Healthy snacks, juice and hot drinks included.

The day is open to participants of all levels of yoga experience.

-from 1.45pm – Arrive: settle in with a fresh cold pressed organic juice
-2 – 3pm – Ground: Yin Yoga, Meditation, Chanting and Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques to create internal energy balance)
-3 – 4pm – Move: Mindful Flow Yoga
-4 – 4.15pm – Pause: break, with Ayurvedic herbal tea and (vegan) healthy sweet treat
-4.15 – 5.30pm – Relax Deeper: Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra (guided ‘yogic sleep’)
5.30 – 6pm – Awaken: Open awareness meditation, Sharing, Gratitude

£45 – early bird booking (before 1st May), £50 after 1st May

What to bring:
Mats and props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Shawl, blanket or an extra layer of clothing recommended.

7 -10 minutes walk from West Hampstead (tube, rail or overground) or Finchley Road (tube), or 1 min walk from Finchley Road & Frognal overground.
