Designed to meet the needs of the company and employees and usually offered during lunch or straight after work. Classes can be fully paid for by the company or subsidised by the company.
One-session and Wellbeing Days
A single session or a number of sessions for company conferences, training, away days or team building events can be arranged. Plus – ‘Wellbeing Days’ and ‘Wellbeing Weeks’. Traditional Yoga or ‘Stress management/relief’ classes can be formatted to suit employers’ needs.
