Just as our identity continually evolves and is influenced by a myriad of factors, so I find the practise of yoga takes twists and turns with time and experience.
Each piece of practise brings new insight, challenges – and indeed frustrations!
Over the last 13 years, I’ve experienced the strong discipline of eastern yoga teacher training, been inspired by some great practitioners teaching here in London, and worked my way through a series of foundation, intermediate and advance teaching courses.
My practise and teaching combines a keen focus on alignment, a mix of long, deep held poses and dynamic movement, and variance in rhythm and intensity, depending on need and context.

I think it benefits my students that I come to them with experience of urban working-life and all the pressures, expectations and challenges that that lifestyle brings.
Furthermore, what is going on in the world around us matters to me as much as what is going on inside my head and heart.
From me, to you – Namaste.
