Through a mindful practise of Yoga, Divya aims to help her students develop a stronger body, calmer mind
and core sense of self.

Styles of Yoga Offered:
Classic Hatha – postures and physical exercise based on the ancient Indian roots of Yoga
Pranayama – breathwork (done solo, and in collaboration with postures)
Hatha Flow – postures and breathwork seamed together for a flowing practise
Restorative & Yin - long held passive postures to heal and nurture from within
Yoga Therapeutics – bespoke sequences of movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques to restore physical and emotional wellbeing.

Dharana (meditation)

My aim is to guide individuals into developing a practice that is both enjoyable and mindful (that is, done with a sense of connectedness within the feeling body).

I teach in a way so that yoga’s therapeutic benefits are optimised. I encourage fluidity of movement and thought – even when holding still in a posture, we can breath life into the body and explore on a non-verbal level.

Through such a practise, one has access to self-discovery, a stronger connection to one’s true values and to what is positive in the world around us.

Classes are creative and always respectful of individual need and context.
