Enter the new year with sacred time, quiet space and the offering of guidance to tune in to what your needs and desires are for the year ahead.

Through yoga, meditation, journalling, ritual, and a cacao ceremony, this weekend create a sense of positive collective energy, as well as giving you the opportunity to hone in and really see what your individuality is calling for.

Arrivals on Friday, settling in, stretch and meditation and intention setting.

Saturday, Yin yoga and Cacao ceremony.

On Sunday, meditation, pranayama (yogic breathing), group walk, closing ritual.

Monthly Workshops

Next Deep Rest Yoga Workshop:
March 17th – 18th, 2018 – 11am – 4.30pm, London

This is a special 2 day course designed to give you a path to rebalancing and restoring your body and sense of wellbeing.

This non-residential weekend offers:

  • Breathing techniques for moderating stress, anxiety and restlessness
  • Yoga postures, using props, specifically designed for releasing deep held physical tension
  • Understanding how the state of the body and our mental state influence each other
  • Eastern spiritual wisdom on finding peace, applied to modern day living
  • Setting up a personal home practice
  • Tool kit for managing stress in daily life

The course is for you if:

  • You feel mentally and/or physically tired on a regular basis
  • Your sleep is regularly disrupted
  • You know you often feel stressed but aren’t sure what to do about it
  • You are seeking to address imbalances in your lifestyle
  • You are seeking to develop a place of inner calm, be it for health or spiritual purpose.

Beginners to yoga and meditation as well as seasoned practitioners will benefit from this course.

Prana Yoga Space
A beautiful, quiet, secluded studio which we our small group will have to ourselves for the weekend. It’s located 5 minutes from London Liverpool Street station.
Both days of the workshop will take place here, 11am to 4.30pm, with an hour break for lunch.
